The hub reports favorable development of winter crops entering the dormancy period. Winter wheat is planted on approximately 25,200 hectares with uniform, well-developed stands. Winter rapeseed, covering nearly 9,000 hectares, shows robust root systems and well-formed rosettes, with growth points at optimal heights to withstand winter conditions.
